And with curves in all the right places, it’s no wonder Mark Wright‘s wife-to-be has got the most sought after figure out there.

With holiday season fast approaching, we all want to snap into shape like the former Corrie babe and thanks to Personal Trainer and outdoor fitness expert for Metaburn.co.uk Rob Jones, we might just about be able to do it.

He’s put together some easy tips and exercises for busy schedules that will help you to achieve a bikini body without the A-list budget.

Tip number 1: Take time to recover

Leave at least 24 hours between strength exercises, focusing on the same muscle groups to allow adequate time for recovery.

Recovery is important to allow your body to repair and build more muscle to help you achieve a toned and defined look such as Michelle’s.

Tip number 2: Trim body fat and gain definition

Improve muscular condition by adding ‘final finishers’ to the end of each and  every workout.

Finishers are 5-10 minute high rep, high-intensity workouts designed to hit all muscle groups and stimulate EPOC – a fat burning effect that lasts for hours post-exercise.

Tip number 3: Vary your exercise 

It’s important to be working different muscles for an all over beach body, so split your workouts into different days that focus on different body parts.

The key to burning fat is increasing muscle mass. This can be achieved by completing 8-12 repetitions of key strength exercises and repeating this for between three to five sets.

Be sure to rest at least 1.5-2 minutes between sets.

Essential movements: 

Ensure you include a mixture of cardio and strength building routines into your workout regime.

This way you will be rapidly burning fat with cardio and building muscle to raise your resting metabolic rate to use up more calories when you aren’t working out.
